The Platform is a B2B network designed exclusively for identifying suppliers of raw materials and construction materials (such as gravel pits, concrete plants, steel depots) in the vicinity of construction sites.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• Users (contractors, suppliers) are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their business profile.
• The Platform facilitates connections but is not a party to subsequent commercial negotiations or transactions between parties.
• It is prohibited to use the Platform for illegal purposes or for activities that infringe on the rights of third parties.
• Use for the purpose of locating individuals, espionage, or any activity related to children, religion, or medicine is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability or the absence of technical errors.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of supplier listings and location data.
• The logistical or commercial results of facilitated connections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstructLink shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The content of the Platform (including the logo, design, text, functionalities) is the property of ConstructLink and is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
